2016 Schedule

Delivery

The table above shows the schedule for the spring semester of 2016. The white rows displays the general stages of the entire semester, within the stages, the gray rows indicate the milestones. The plan for next semester are divided into four stages. The first stage is the prototype process, where each member will have individual assignments based on their technical advantages and skills they can provide. Next stage lays out the process of testing and evaluation of the product in real time environments. Where expectations may fall short, functionalities may not behave as intended, will help the team to modify and enhance the product for appropriate behavior. At the end of each stage, it is mandatory to inform the client about the progress of project.

During the prototyping process, installing the device for operation will require each member to record statistical information from the device such as power consumption, beetle activities, amount of eggs, etc. Then, modifying the device based on the observed deficiencies to conclude the observation results and to cooperate with the client in order to modify the device.

Before the undergraduate research and design symposium, our team will optimize the device and go through another experiment stage. Finally, writing formal documents and manuals so we can deliver it to the client.
