Executive Summary

The team met with Trevor for the first time since his conferences. We discussed the progress our team has made in terms of the preliminary proposal and individual research. Trevor then discussed and explained the possibility of using interference holography for the project. Before the next meeting on Wednesday, 10/25/2017, the team will submit their individual analyses, meet with Trevor to learn about and witness the SEM process, and do further research into interference holography.

Discussion about Project Our team talked about the ideas that we have come up with. Dynamic light scattering might be difficult for us to use because there is no equipment in the university to do it. We talked with Trevor about our individual analyses. Trevor helped Saleh and gave him samples to complete his technical analysis. The CMC mixture they have used as a blood substitute is at a 0.025% w/w solution. Trevor mentioned the possibility of using interference Holography.
