Project Description

The purpose of this project is to complete a site redesign for Old Town Frame Company in Cottonwood, Arizona. The project will involve survey field work, grading, drainage (hydrology Cottonwood, Arizona. The Old Town Frame company is a custom frame carpentry company that create custom frame for portraits and paintings.
The properity's area is 0.53 acre and the building's area is 0.04 acre.
The team's plan for this site is to design the infrastructure design and land development for the owner to host a local farm market.
The site is surrounded by a Church, apartment complex, and bussiness offices.
