Project Purpose

This project is the design of an extension to the east side of the exisiting John Wesley Powell Boulevard in Flagstaff, Arizona. This project connects the existing JWP Boulevard, which terminates northeast of the Pine Canyon neighborhood to the existing terminus of Fourth Street on the east side of town.
