For your development, design, construction, and/or construction and project management training needs call NAU Construction Education Outreach first!

Education and Training has been our only business for more than twenty years.

NAU CEO offers the following services to the construction industry and  to Native American tribal organizations.

Needs Assessment

First and foremost, let us take a fresh view of your organization's strengths and weaknesses, we frequently identify problems and opportunities other than training needs, that are easily solved, often leading to productivity improvements.

Planning and Organization

We can help you organize your firms existing skills and knowledge into a dynamic learning organization. If desired (and necessary) we can plan your training programs, including building and delivering specialized curriculum.

Facilitation

If the training curriculum exists any where in North America, (and a lot already does exist!), we will facilitate your access to these resources.

Delivery

Customized Training and Education Programs

If we find that your needs demand a customized approach, we will work with you to create an education or training program that exactly meets your needs and budget.

Confidential Referrals

If we can't help you, we probably know where to find the help you need.

Special Needs Seminars

We can harness the intellectual power of a major university to fit your specific ad hoc needs for "just-in-time" information delivery.

Recruiting and Retaining Programs

We offer our clients employee recruiting and retaining programs, development and training.

On-line Graduate Engineering, Project Management and Construction Management Degrees

Under the auspices of AZ university Network (AZUN) we are able to offer potential students an individualized graduate degree program.

In 1994 the faculty of Construction Management at Northern Arizona University initiated the Native American Construction Education project.

Over the years the project has waxed and waned. Based on a continued demand from tribal organizations, the faculty and administration of NAU's CM program agreed in 2005 to re-establish NACEP as an organization offering training in development, construction, construction and project management and engineering to Native American Tribal organizations throughout the United States.

As part  of that commitment, we have partnered with the Institute for Tribal Environmental Professionals to expand our offerings and demonstrate our continued commitment to tribal organizations.

The Associated General Contractors of America support and promote our graduate degree programs.
