DAC Student Forum
The DAC recently initiated a twice a year student forum whereby a sub-committee from the DAC independently meets with students of the CENE without the involvement of the CENE faculty. Debra Mollet is leading this sub-committee, which is also populated by Bill Caroll, John Mitchell, Dean Durkee, David Gunn, and Tom Loomis. The forum purposes are many and include:
- Gathering feedback from students about their experiences with the program, the department, and the overall university.
- Interpreting the feedback and informing the department about conclusions, successes, and area for improvement.
- Establishing a closer connection with students of the CENE.
- Promoting the profession and the diversity of opportunities it provides to up and coming engineers.
