Departmental Advisory Council
The DAC of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering is a 37 member council of involved alumni, employers, friends, and faculty who advise the Department on its many activities. The DAC meets twice a year in Flagstaff and their recent activities have included hosting student forums, evaluating the senior capstone design projects, creating alumni and employer surveys, and recruiting future students and employees.
At the Spring 2007 meeting, the DAC approved their Bylaws and voted-in an Executive Committee, charged with providing leadership to the DAC. The upcoming 2008-09 and the past 2007-08 Executive Committees are listed below.
